In the western part of Minas Gerais, a group of dedicated farmers has focused on cultivating specialty coffee. Their work gave rise to the officially recognized region of Cerrado Mineiro. Defined by clear seasons with hot, rainy summers and cool, dry winters, this area offers ideal conditions for growing expressive and balanced coffees.

Coffees from Cerrado Mineiro are known for their traceability, high altitudes, and clean cup profiles. Each bag carries a unique ID number, making it possible to trace the lot back to its exact origin, down to the farm it came from.
