In 2017, a piece of land found its people—a father and his two sons. Drawn by the potential for organic specialty coffee, the opportunity to collaborate with local farmers, and the dream of building something with and for the surrounding community, Finca El Dorado was born.

The master growers at El Dorado have spent their entire lives cultivating highland coffee, carrying generations of knowledge and techniques. Their approach blends traditional wisdom, modern methods, and Indigenous organic practices, all working together to protect the land, support the farmers, and produce exceptional coffee.

What makes their coffee so remarkable is a combination of ideal altitude in the Andes, rich volcanic soil, and distinctive humidity levels that shape the cup’s complexity.

Today, the farm grows six specialty varieties: Geisha Verde, Geisha Amarillo, Wush Wush, SL 28, Bourbon Sidra, and Typica Mejorada.
