This coffee was developed by Luis Lopez, also known as eldelcafe, a third-generation coffee professional who has been specializing in coffee quality control and processing since 2019. He holds certifications as a Q Grader for Arabica and a SCA-certified Roaster.

Luis has collaborated with renowned companies such as Illy Caffè S.p.A., and his work has helped export high quality Colombian coffees to markets in Australia, Denmark, Sweden, and Korea. His efforts go beyond business—he works closely with local communities, including Indigenous groups, women in vulnerable conditions, young coffee growers, and people affected by armed conflict.
